Why am I getting an error that says my code has already been used?

If you get an error message that your code has already been used, most times the title has already been added to your locker. To resolve this, just log out of your Flixster account and log back in to refresh the collection. 

If you still don't see your movie or TV show, or you think you received this message in error, please click here to submit a request for customer support.

As a note, Redemption codes are valid for one redemption.
